Shipping Policy

Attention to Detail:
Before placing your order, please take a moment to verify that all information, especially the shipping address, is accurate. Once an order is placed, it becomes challenging for us to make any modifications.

Order Inspection:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any significant damage during transit, contact us within 7 days. Provide clear images of the damages and email them to us at help@InteriorsbySimone.com.

Our Commitment:
At Interiors By Simone, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and delightful as possible, from the moment you place your order until you unbox your purchase. While we would love to personally deliver each order, once the package leaves our hands, we rely on the carrier to ensure its safe arrival. To offer you additional peace of mind, we provide CORSO insurance (details below) to facilitate a seamless claims process.

Lost Packages:
We have noticed an increase in instances where UPS and USPS carriers scan packages before they actually arrive at your door. If your package hasn’t arrived, please allow 5 business days before contacting us or filing a claim with CORSO for a replacement.

Shipping via UPS or USPS:
There are times when packages remain in “pre-shipment” status throughout their journey to you. This can result in the item arriving at your door while the tracking status is still pending. We have spoken directly with USPS staff, who have informed us that some facilities may skip scanning to expedite the delivery process.

How We Assist with Delayed Shipments:
We have access to the same tracking information as you via the USPS & UPS interfaces. While we are unable to provide additional tracking details, we appreciate that UPS has been diligent in communicating delays, which helps us keep you informed.

Shipping Locations:
Please note that our fulfillment center is located in Washington, DC. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses may take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to arrive.

Free Ground Shipping:
Orders eligible for free ground shipping will be shipped via UPS SurePost. This means UPS will handle the initial pickup and delivery to your local post office, while USPS will complete the final delivery. Given our fulfillment center's location in Washington, DC, please consider the expected shipping time based on your location.
